This Level 5 qualification is aimed at individuals who are project managers, department heads, and middle managers. The ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management online course is assessed 100% online via assignments.
You will gain access to the Footstep Training learning site via your own unique log in to access the video tutorials, downloadable resources, and assignments. You will also have the opportunity to pay for the ILM study membership with ILM to access further learning resources. This is not mandatory, but is a great additional resource.
Upon completion, you will receive an ILM certificate. The current registration period set by ILM is 3 years, but is subject to change without warning. If your qualification expires you will have the option to pay to register again which will be a set fee by Footstep Training.
