This qualification is aimed at individuals who have some management responsibilities and wish to develop their abilities with some formal training. It’s particularly suited to team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and those who wish to gain a recognised qualification in leadership and management but perhaps have not studied for a while or completed any similar qualifications.
It will give managers an ideal first qualification within this area.

The ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management online course is assessed 100% online via assignments.
You will gain access to the Footstep Training learning site via your own unique log in to access the video tutorials, downloadable resources, and assignments. You will also have the option to pay for ILM study membership with ILM to access further learning resources. This is not mandatory but is a great additional resource.
Upon completion you will receive a nationally recognised certificate accredited by ILM. The current registration period set by ILM is 3 years, but is subject to change without warning. If your qualification expires you will have the option to pay to register again which will be a set fee by Footstep Training.
