Congratulations to Kelly Gallagher and guide, Charlotte Evans achieve Britain’s first ever gold medal at the Winter Games! Gallagher and Evans were the first to compete and put in an impressive run, obtaining a time of 1:28.72. Gallagher reported that she’s delighted with her performance, and is pleased that all her and Charlotte’s hard work has paid off.
Jade Etherington and guide, Caroline Powell, also continued to perform well, achieving the bronze (1:29.76). They have now managed to pick up two Paralympic medals in three days (following the Silver in the Women’s Downhill on Saturday).
